When you register for Quicksy, we collect your phone number for the purpose of user verification using SMS. We utilize services from Twilio and Vonage for SMS verification.
Quicksy collects and processes the phone numbers of users as well as contact list information for the purpose of facilitating instant messaging. We do not access or store any additional personal or sensitive user data beyond the phone number and contact list.
Quicksy may collect and process text messages exchanged within the app to facilitate communication between users. The content of text messages is handled securely and is not accessed or shared beyond the intended recipients.
Quicksy may collect and process media content, including images, shared within the app for the purpose of facilitating communication and enhancing user experience.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. To enable this feature, we may collect device-specific information, such as device tokens, to deliver notifications.
We use Twilio and Vonage to send SMS messages for user verification during the registration process. Your phone number is used solely for this purpose.
Quicksy uses your phone number as a unique identifier for the purpose of facilitating instant messaging between users.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send push notifications to your device, enhancing your Quicksy experience by keeping you informed about new messages and updates within the app.

We do not share personal or sensitive user data with any third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the services offered by Quicksy. Your phone number is not disclosed to other Quicksy users unless explicitly shared by you within the app.
Quicksy retains your phone number for the duration of your use of the app. If you choose to delete your account, your phone number will be permanently deleted from our servers. Device-specific information for push notifications is retained as long as necessary to provide the notification service.
Messages and media content are stored on our servers for a duration of up to 30 days. After this period, the data is permanently deleted from our servers.
Quicksy provides a feature that allows users to upload contact list to match with existing users on the platform. This process is solely for the purpose of enhancing the user experience by identifying and connecting with known contacts. We do not store or share the uploaded address book information beyond the scope of this feature.
By using this feature, you consent to Quicksy accessing and processing the contact information you choose to upload. This information is used solely for the purpose of facilitating connections between Quicksy users and is not shared with third parties.
Users have the option to delete their account directly from within the Quicksy app. This process will permanently remove your account, including your phone number, from our servers.
